TREND: She’s Gone Western

The western trend is still hanging on and I’m loving it! There’s a beautiful range of more literal cowboy boots to more versatile boots with hints of western. I’m seeing a variety of beautiful colors, mixed patterns, snake, leopard and croc prints that keep the trend looking fresh and FUN! I love them especially styled with dresses to give your outfit an extra edge. And of course, you can never go wrong pairing them with denim!

Cali Fall

Living in Southern California means that we won’t have Fall-like weather until December. So I just mix in Fall clothes with my Summer basics to feel like my wardrobe is transitioning to the new season. Fall fashion has always been my favorite with colors, texture, layering, boots, booties, etc. As soon as it’s September, I’m rocking some Fall gear. This old velvet kimono from Zara has major vintage vibes. Add some western-inspired booties and the outfit has Fall feels with out being to heavy during the warm months.

I’m really into statement coats, jackets and blazers. This kimono-ish coat from Raquel Allegra is a very special piece that I will keep for a long time. To me it’s timeless and FUN! The easiest way to style it: keep it chic with basic layers underneath and don’t be afraid to add an extra pop of color like I did here with fun sandals!
