TREND: Taffeta Comeback

Some major 80’s and 90’s trends are making a comeback. Taffeta being one of them especially in dresses. Do I think this trend is going to be huge and have staying power? Probably not! But, why not try one playful piece to add to your fun party gear?! It’s fun to switch things up in your wardrobe and wear something unexpected. I love this dress from Zara which is an easy-to-wear take on this trend. It’s not the most flattering silhouette but, I felt playful and carefree wearing it. And the color is one of my favorites!

TREND: Mini Bags

Good things do come in small packages. Mini bags have been majorly trending. I’m loving them for adding a little extra to any outfit. If you’re not a huge fan of colorful or printed accessories, this is an easy way to step out of your comfort zone and add a little pop without committing to a larger, bold accessory that’s likely to be more expensive. Night Out-Fit

I have an eclectic sense of style. I get inspired by loud prints and bright color and at the same time I feel fabulous in a clean-lined, more basic outfit. On Saturday, we went to a brewery and out to dinner with couples after so I didn’t want to be too dressed up or too dressed down. So I put on a sexy cami bodysuit with my grey denim and spiced it up with a new snake skin belt. This combination has Fall feels but, not all the layers because it’s still basically Summer here in L.A.
